Job Title: General Helper

Responsible for supporting skilled workers and supervisors in day-to-day site activities. The General Helper assists with material handling, cleaning, loading and unloading, movement of tools and equipment, and other general support duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, masons, painters, carpenters, and other skilled workers as required.
• Load, unload, carry, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
• Support material shifting and site preparation activities.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling tools, equipment, and temporary work areas.
• Follow instructions given by the supervisor or team leader.
• Ensure tools and materials are handled safely and stored properly after use.
• Remove debris, waste materials, and scrap from the work area.
• Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or site issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other general site-support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
• Willingness to work at different site locations and perform various support duties.
