Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Helper to support our ELV, electrical, and smart technology installation teams. The successful candidate will assist technicians with installation activities, material handling, site preparation, and general support tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with basic technical knowledge who are eager to learn and develop their skills in electrical and ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with ELV and electrical installation works at project sites.
• Support cable pulling, conduit installation, trunking, and basic wiring activities.
• Assist in the installation of CCTV cameras, access control systems, intercom systems, networking equipment, and smart home devices.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare work areas and ensure materials are available for installation teams.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, storage areas, and company vehicles.
• Observe and comply with workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, electrical works, ELV systems, maintenance, or a similar support role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools, cable installation, and site work.
• Familiarity with CCTV, networking, access control, intercom, or other low-current systems is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials.
• Willingness to work at various project sites across the UAE.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ELV, electrical, networking, or smart home installation projects.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
