General Helper

Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Helper / Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor the following:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Ensure the coffee/tea room and pantry are clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments and ensuring cleanliness before and after meetings.
  • Handle basic office errands such as distributing documents, collecting deliveries, and supporting administrative tasks when required.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues or supply shortages to the concerned department for timely action.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the UAE within the same role.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Professional, punctual, and well-groomed
