General Foreman – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple work crews and foremen on-site.
  • Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage manpower, equipment, tools, and material utilization.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Ensure productivity targets and project objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct inspections and support workforce training and development.
