Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, greenhouse assistant to join our team. As a greenhouse assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with tasks ranging from plant maintenance, weeding and cleaning of greenhouses, and transplantiing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, follow directions, and be self-motivated. Must have reliable transportation. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a greenhouse. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

– General Plant Maintenance

-Watering of plants

– Transplanting

– Weeding of Greenhouses

– Follow safety protocols and SOP’s

Skills:

– Follow directions

-Able to take constructive criticism

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Good communication skills
