Job Purpose

To assist in daily factory operations, production activities, material handling, housekeeping, and general support duties to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production operators and supervisors with daily manufacturing and filling activities.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials, finished products, drums, pails, cartons, and packaging materials.
• Assist in filling, packing, labeling, sealing, and palletizing lubricant oil products.
• Support the movement of materials between the warehouse, production area, and dispatch section.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area, warehouse, and designated workspaces.
• Assist in stacking and arranging finished goods in designated storage areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks within the required time.
• Report any oil spills, leakage, damaged materials, or unsafe working conditions immediately.
• Follow all HSE procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Handle materials carefully to prevent product damage, contamination, and wastage.
• Assist with general factory maintenance and cleaning activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to factory operations as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic education preferred.
• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and housekeeping.
• Candidates currently on a UAE visit visa are preferred, subject to obtaining the required work permit before commencing employment.

Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
