Objective

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across client premises, including residential, commercial, and office environments. The objective is to provide a clean, safe, and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff by performing detailed cleaning tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, including toilets, sinks, tiles, and appliances.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure all waste is disposed of in designated areas according to building protocols.
• Supply Replenishment: Monitor and refill consumables such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitizers.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, including window washing, carpet shampooing, and high-dusting of vents and light fixtures.
• Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken equipment, plumbing leaks, or safety hazards) to the site supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, using chemicals and cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dirt and grime in overlooked areas to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
• Physical Stamina: Capacity to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Reliability: Strong time-management skills to ensure all daily tasks are completed within the designated shift.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English is required to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Professionalism: Maintaining a polite, discreet, and professional attitude when working on client premises.

Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED1,100.00 per month
