Job Description:
Madar Steel Industries is looking for a responsible and vigilant Gatekeeper to manage entry and exit at our facility. The ideal candidate should ensure security, maintain records, and support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Maintain gate registers for visitors, materials, and vehicles
• Check IDs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
• Coordinate with security and management when required
• Ensure company property and premises are secure at all times
• Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately
• Follow company safety and security procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gatekeeper / Security / Watchman preferred
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
• Ability to maintain records and logs
• Physically fit and alert during duty hours
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual
