Chambers Property Services, Inc. is seeking independent contractors to provide gate attendant and security services for a temporary construction site. We are looking for reliable individuals who can maintain a professional presence and ensure site safety.

Contractor Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry points to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate logs of site activity and document any intruders.
• Promptly report irregularities and follow site safety guidelines.
• Use professional judgment and common sense to maintain order on-site.

Required Equipment: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own uniform and equipment. The following items are mandatory for site access:

• High-visibility yellow shirt or safety vest.
• Steel-toe boots or shoes.
• Professional black pants.
• A reliable, working cell phone.
• Dependable transportation.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a clean criminal background check.
• No prior experience required; we value punctuality and commitment.
• Ability to work consistently and remain alert.
