We are seeking a reliable and professional Gate Guard for our Midland, TX location to control access to our facility by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining a secure and orderly environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑focused, and able to provide courteous customer service while enforcing site policies.

PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:

• Check visitors in and out at the gate in an accurate and professional manner
• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure site security and compliance
• Verify employee identification cards for all personnel entering the premises
• Restrict access to discharged employees, trespassers, and other unauthorized or unwelcome individuals
• Review and verify Pre‑Trip Inspection paperwork before allowing Mulholland vehicles to exit the yard

Key Responsibilities

• Check in visitors at the gate and ensure all entries are properly documented
• Protect access to the property by confirming visitors are authorized to be on site
• Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property conditions, and observe crowd activity
• Contact law enforcement or fire department in the event of an emergency
• Investigate reports of suspicious or unusual activity on the premises
• Verify employee identification cards for all personnel entering the premises
• Review and verify Pre‑Trip Inspection paperwork before allowing Mulholland vehicles to exit the yard
• Restrict access to discharged employees, trespassers, and other unauthorized or unwelcome individuals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security or related experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to patrol the property and access various areas quickly
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
