Overview
Join our garden crew in maintaining a variety of gardens and landscapes, ranging from

high-end properties to public contracts, and small household gardens. We are currently

hiring for 2025 season (April through November 2025).

Duties

• Observing and monitoring plant and soil health in gardens
• Performing basic garden care tasks: weeding, watering, and deadheading
• Fertilizing, composting, and mulching beds
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Removing leaves and cleaning up garden beds (fall focus)
• Maintaining tools, trucks, and work facilities

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Physical strength and stamina (ability to lift 50+ lbs)
• Strong work ethic and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Able to take direction, learn systems, and see tasks through to completion
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• At least 3 years of horticultural or landscaping experience
