Job Title: Gardener

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. The successful candidate will ensure that plants, trees, flowers, and outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
• Mow grass, trim hedges, and remove weeds.
• Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control treatments as required.
• Clean and maintain garden paths, flower beds, and outdoor areas.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Remove garden waste and keep the work area clean.
• Identify plant diseases and recommend or carry out appropriate treatments.
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a gardener or in landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and lawn care techniques.
• Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and pest control.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• May require lifting heavy bags of soil, plants, or equipment.
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods.
