Job Description

As our brands continue to grow globally, you will play a key role in the success of the resort. This position goes beyond traditional front office duties—it involves ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception desk and proactively addressing guest needs to avoid delays. You will oversee the accuracy and completeness of guest information, manage special requests, and ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Front of House Manager and should possess 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector or five-star hotel environment. A background in reservations, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Proficiency in Opera and relevant software is also necessary. Previous experience in the Middle East/GCC region will be considered an advantage.
