We’re seeking a courteous, energetic, and organized Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our property. In this key role, you’ll:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Efficiently handle check‑in and check‑out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
- Provide guests with information on hotel services, rates, and local attractions
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and clarity
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records using property management systems and uphold tidy, presentable front desk operations
