Front of House Team Member – Maki & Ramen Dubai

Location: B-1 Joory St, Movepick Hotel, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible shifts available)

Maki & Ramen is a vibrant Japanese dining concept known for fresh sushi, authentic ramen, and outstanding customer experience. We’re expanding our Dubai team and looking for enthusiastic Front of House staff who are passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Maki & Ramen — welcoming guests, ensuring smooth service, and helping create a friendly, energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues positively
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams
• Support daily opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
