Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly, providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the front desk staff, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional guest service.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Develop and implement front desk procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train new staff on customer service protocols, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Foster positive guest relations by resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Monitor performance metrics for the front desk team and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Help with Breakfast when needed .
  • Reply to third party reviews .

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management with a focus on front desk operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel reservation systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of resort operations is a plus, along with prior hotel experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly demeanor with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
