Full job description

  • Manage daily duties at the front desk, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, assist guests, and resolve complaints accordingly and professionally.
  • Hire, train, and supervise front desk agents, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate guest information, manage booking systems, and oversee front desk inventory.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests and that every guest request is fulfilled.
  • Generate reports on front desk operations.

Experience: Previous experience with Hilton, Marriott, or hospitality. Familiar with PEP system

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
