Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and bilingual (if applicable), with a passion for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Greet visitors, guests, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Manage hotel system while checking guests in/out, making reservations, obtaining payment, etc.
- Washing/drying/folding guest laundry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail
- Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the front desk area is professional at all times
- Other hotel duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical duties, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management preferred
