Job Summary
The Front Desk Staff employees are the face of the club. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy complimentary membership.

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service Greet and check in all members and guests Answer incoming calls and direct calls to proper departments Update member’s account information Help members with questions or complaints Take payments for account balances, guest fees and other misc. items

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
