We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.

* Maintain the reception area and ensure it is organized and presentable at all times.

* Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.

* Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments when required.

* Maintain employee attendance records or visitor logs if assigned.

* Coordinate with internal departments for office-related requirements.

* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and customers.

* Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to handle calls and interact with clients professionally.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
