Al Taie Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare or medical facility, be fluent in Arabic and English, possess their own valid UAE visa, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Register patients and update patient information accurately in the system.
  • Verify patient records and insurance details as required.
  • Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
  • Process payments and issue receipts when necessary.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare center, clinic, medical center, or hospital.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance procedures.
  • Experience with healthcare appointment scheduling systems.
