Al Taie Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare or medical facility, be fluent in Arabic and English, possess their own valid UAE visa, and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Register patients and update patient information accurately in the system.
- Verify patient records and insurance details as required.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
- Process payments and issue receipts when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare center, clinic, medical center, or hospital.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance procedures.
- Experience with healthcare appointment scheduling systems.
