We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our prestigious country club team as a Front Desk Receptionist and Member Events Assistant. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and promoting a welcoming atmosphere at our club. Additionally, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and marketing of member events to ensure unforgettable experiences for our members. This position follows a set schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is a full-time year-round position. Only candidates able to work all year around will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Reception:

Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a professional and courteous image for the club.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Provide information and assistance to members and guests regarding club facilities, services, and events.
Coordinate/confirm reservations for various events or club activities, including dining, sports facilities, and social events.
Create directional signage for guests for upcoming catered events

  1. Member Events Marketing:

Collaborate with the events and marketing team to plan, organize, and execute engaging member events throughout the year.
Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, posters, emails, and social media posts to market upcoming events effectively.
Utilize various communication channels to disseminate information about events to club members, ensuring high attendance and participation.
Maintain the club’s events calendar online, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to all members.
Help maintain clubhouse lobby’s appearance, as well as assist decorating for events to create an appealing and welcoming environment.
Attend events to provide on-site support, address member inquiries, and ensure the events run smoothly.

  1. Member Relations:

Build positive relationships with club members by being attentive to their needs and preferences.
Actively listen to member feedback and suggestions, forwarding them to the appropriate departments for consideration.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to address member concerns promptly and professionally
