Guest Services Agent Job Description

Purpose of this position:

The Front Desk Receptionist, or Guest Services Agent, provides guests with customer service so their stay is everything they want it to be. This includes handing the check-in and check-out of guests, providing tours, storing and moving luggage, and processing guests in Ste. Anne’s booking software. This position also handles support work, such as aiding with room accommodations, booking extra amenities, and administrative tasks to coordinate the activities of other departments at the inn.

Job Summary:

• Part-time and full-time permanent positions available.
• Starting Wage: $22 – 24 per hour.
• Day and Evening shifts.
• Paid bi-weekly.
