Job Summary:
SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Billings is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with any guest needs to create a welcoming and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out accurately using our reservation system
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly
  • Manage room assignments, payments, and folio accuracy
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Provide local recommendations and support hotel amenities
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, stocked, and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Familiarity with computers and basic administrative tasks
