Job Overview
The LandTek Group has been a leader in the construction of athletic fields for professional stadiums, colleges, parks and school districts for over 47 years.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist. This position will involve the complete management of front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and support administrative functions in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with office technology.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Handle all front desk responsibilities
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering
  • Support administrative duties including mail distribution and managing the postal machine
  • Restocking of all kitchen supplies and managing the care of our on-site fresh food delivery.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and provide exceptional front desk support at all times

Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical experience in a professional setting preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic office management practices
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of data entry, filing procedures, and administrative support tasks
