Primary care practice is looking for experienced Front Desk Receptionist with a passion to help patients improve their health. Immediate opening for a full-time position!

We are looking for someone who excels in the following areas:

1. Consistency-perform high quality work, attention to detail and spelling accuracy.

2. Critical thinking skills -help patients as much as possible.

3. Communication– effective verbal and non-verbal skills with patients, guests, providers, labs, pharmacies and team members.

4. Ethics-exhibit dependability, punctuality, initiative, teamwork and integrity.

5. Flexibility-adapt to changing protocols and processes necessary for practice improvement projects and quality patient care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Greet, welcome and communicate with patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.

2. Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

3. Accurately collect payments.

4. Answer a high volume of phone calls and inquiries using team approach to help resolve various issues.

5. Utilize computer skills to work with several software applications daily.

6. Enter/verify patient demographic and insurance information accurately.

Qualifications to be considered for this position include, but are not limited to:

1. 2 years front desk office experience required, medical office preferred.

2. High School Diploma or GED required.

3. Authorization to work in the United States required.
