Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements
- Support HR and admin departments when required
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
