Receptionist – Collision Center

Position Overview:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers — both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression, assisting with customer check-ins, scheduling estimates, and supporting the office team with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with estimators
- Collect and update customer and vehicle information
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with insurance companies and vendors as needed
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties
- Keep the front office organized and presentable
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration (automotive experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CCC One, or similar systems a plus)
