About The Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Receptionist to join our team as a Client Concierge.

In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents, providing outstanding customer service by answering questions, handling reservations, and guiding clients through tours of our facility.

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about services and policies.
  • Give tours of the facility to potential and new clients.
  • Create and update client accounts and profiles.
  • Make reservations and schedule services.
  • Check pets in and out, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Communicate client instructions and pet needs to team members.
  • Log belongings, instructions, and create Suite Cards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Send updates and messaging to pet parents as needed.
  • Assist in boutique sales and product recommendations.

  • Willingness to learn scripts for tours and phone calls.
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years) and animal care (preferred).
