Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior office experience, including clerical duties and familiarity with medical or dental reception, is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized office records and manage correspondence
- Support office management functions including supply inventory and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer support and phone etiquette to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading, and managing emails
- Support personal assistant duties or medical/dental receptionist responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service excellence
- Ability to handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management efficiently
- Bilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Office experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
