We are a premium home-service wellness brand looking for a reliable and organized receptionist to manage daily operations and client communication

Key responsibilities:

– Client Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via Whatsapp
  • Confirm appointments and communicate arrival updates to clients
  • Maintain a calm, polished, and excellent customer service aligned with Rai’s brand standards

– Scheduling & Booking Management

  • Manage daily schedules for therapists and drivers
  • Ensure schedules are optimized with minimal gaps and no wasted time
  • Allocate appointments efficiently based on location, timing and availability
  • Monitor cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute bookings or changes proactively

– Team Coordination

  • Coordinate daily movements of therapists and drivers
  • Share accurate client locations and appointment details
  • Support therapists with issues as they arise

Operations & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of appointment, income and expenses, daily operational activities
  • Ensure all information is updated and organized

Suppliers & Inventory

  • Monitor stock levels and identify restocking needs
  • Contact suppliers for restock requests when required

Skills & requirements

– Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

– Previous experience as a receptionist, coordinator or admin role

– Strong organizational and time-management skills

– Ability to multitask and work under pressure

– Proficiency in Excel

– willingness to learn systems and processes (training provided)

– High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, professionalism and respect

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
