- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting safety checks
- Prepare shift reports detailing guest activities, incidents, and operational updates for management review
- Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
