  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable.
