Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and other departments regarding patient visits.
  • Process billing, invoices, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Follow up on pending payments and documentation.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in billing and cash handling preferred.
  • Ability to manage patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
