Requirements

Division Assistant with 2+ years of law office experience is required, preferably Insurance Defense experience. The candidate must have front desk skills, such as answering the telephone, working with incoming and outgoing mail, saving and profiling documents within a case management system, sending out subpoenas via certified mail, logging returned green cards, e-filing, processing invoices, and opening new case assignments. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office.2+
