SeaHill Spa is located on the first floor of the historic Cavalier Hotel. With an extensive treatment menu, top of the line products, and high standard of customer service, we are looking to create a spa which exceeds guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting guests with their spa reservations by educating the guests on spa and salon experiences.
• The expertise and attention to detail you provide will ensure our guests have a memory to share.
• To provide exceptional customer service and anticipate the guests’ needs by providing Front Desk support, hosting and guiding tours.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a 4 to 5-star Luxury Hotel Spa environment is preferred.
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during check in and check out.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Strongs sales and customer service experience is an asset.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
