Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
– Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel’s reservation system
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
– Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
– Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, or providing extra amenities
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
– Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is a plus
