As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service on a regular basis ensuring that we meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. Candidates with a great smile, big personality, excellent service skills and a desire to grow within the company are highly desired. Guest Service Supervisor duties will include but not limited to:

· Providing that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.

· Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

· Follow-up on all guest surveys, reviews and complaints and respond to them accurately and in a timely manner.

Job requirements:

· Must have excellent communication, phone, written and hospitality skills.
