“`Duties“` – Greet guests and provide excellent customer service – Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately – Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries – Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests – Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area – Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction – Perform night audit duties as required “`Requirements“` – Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred – Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service – Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus – Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment – Ability to handle cash transactions accurately – Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
