Professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant who also support business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment for members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-ins, inquiries, emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist members with memberships, payments, renewals, and general information.
- Maintain accurate records and daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations during working hours.
Business Development Coordination
- Act as a Business Development Coordinator by supporting member growth and retention initiatives.
- Follow up with leads, potential clients, and inactive members.
- Assist in promoting gym packages, offers, events, and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing-related activities and support social media/customer engagement when required.
- Build positive relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or administration is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor operations independently and take initiative when needed.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
