Professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant who also support business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment for members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle check-ins, inquiries, emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist members with memberships, payments, renewals, and general information.
  • Maintain accurate records and daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations during working hours.

Business Development Coordination

  • Act as a Business Development Coordinator by supporting member growth and retention initiatives.
  • Follow up with leads, potential clients, and inactive members.
  • Assist in promoting gym packages, offers, events, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate marketing-related activities and support social media/customer engagement when required.
  • Build positive relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor operations independently and take initiative when needed.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
