The Role

We are hiring Client Specialists to join our front-of-house team at HYPE Performance & Recovery Club — Abu Dhabi’s first performance and recovery ecosystem, launching at WTC Mall in July 2026.

This is a hands-on, member-facing role focused on delivering a seamless experience from arrival to departure — covering check-in, recovery suite coordination, bookings, and membership support.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES FLUENCY IN ARABIC

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in members professionally and warmly
  • Manage class bookings, payments, and membership enquiries via CRM software
  • Coordinate recovery appointments — setup, orientation, and scheduling
  • Support and execute visitor tours and membership conversions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and premium front-of-house environment
  • Handle member feedback and escalations with confidence
  • Support club events, launches, and community activations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly presence
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
