Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in and out, answering questions, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
Ensure an effortless check-in and check-out experience for guests
Answer phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently
Schedule and manage reservations appropriately
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
Support housekeeping operations as needed, such as folding laundry and organizing laundry
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with courteous phone etiquette and professionalism
Support team members during busy periods
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic computer knowledge combined with professional phone etiquette
Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
Excellent team player
Schedule

Part time or Full time available
3p-11p shift
Friday, Saturday, Sunday required
