Duties
- Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude, providing excellent guest services at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Check guests in and out seamlessly, handling reservations, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in person and over the phone
- We are willing to train you in hospitality even if you have no hotel experience
