Overview
We are seeking a part time Front Desk agent for our hotel. We are looking for someone who is out going flexable with hours and able to be here when needed. You must be great with people, working alone and at times a face passed multitasked environment.
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while providing accurate information or transferring to appropriate personnel.
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and filing systems to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes effectively.
- Knowledge of office management practices including time management and organizational skills.
