JOB SUMMARY The Front Desk Associate is responsible for engaging guests on a daily basis and ensuring their expectations and needs are successfully met. Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with hotel clientele, staff, and management is required. Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays are required.
Shift – Variable
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred. Work experience at comparable “three- to four-star” lodging facilities is beneficial. A working knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, e-mail and point of sales (POS) system is preferred.
