Here’s What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Be the welcoming face and voice of our hotel: Greet guests with a warm smile and create a positive first and
last impression.
Handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy: Utilizing the hotel’s property management
software system, check guests in or out, program room keys, manage room assignments, enter guest notes
when necessary, and ensure a positive front desk experience for our guests.
Take Reservations: Be the primary person to receive and input hotel reservations from guests either by phone,
computer, or in-person using the hotel’s property management software system.
Address guest inquiries and requests: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and
services, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally: Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and find
solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for fellow
staff and guests.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records: Handle cash and credit card transactions with
accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other hotel departments: Communicate and support effectively with housekeeping,
maintenance, and other teams and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Answer phone calls and provide information: Handle incoming calls professionally, provide hotel information,
or direct guest to the appropriate department.
