Our newly renovated, hotel is looking for a guest focused front desk representative to join our professional team. This position will be trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of guest service.

The requirements, qualities, and responsibilities associated with this position are:

• Shift flexibility – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self motivated
• Customer focus / passion for people
• Review daily reports as outlined on checklist
• Attention to detail a must
• Responds well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Proficient with computers (i.e. Microsoft programs)
• Cash handling experience a plus but not required
