Position: Morning & Evening Front Desk Associate
Shift(s): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and a can-do attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay.
• Handle reservations and inquiries with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Embrace the challenge of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Customer service superstar with a flair for making guests feel at home.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a hotel undergoing a fabulous makeover.
• Comfortable using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and general tasks.
