We offer a full-service grooming and self-service bathing experience for our customers.

Job Description:

The Front Desk Associate is a key role for our store. You will be assisting with various tasks within a new company. This role will interact directly with our customers and their dogs.

• Greet and assist customers
• Various daily cleaning duties
• Assist with Social Media Content
• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming calls and inquires
• Check out customers and assist with retail tasks
• Manage and book appointments and gather required documents
• Assist Dog Bather (occasionally – when needed)
• Stock inventory
• Open/Close
• Ability to assist in other work-related areas as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must LOVE dogs
• Reliable and self-sufficient
• Able to handle dogs of all sizes (occasionally)
• Previous animal care experience recommended
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (occasionally)
• Learn and adapt quickly and efficiently
• Team oriented
• Organizational skills
• Customer service attitude with great communication skills

SCHEDULE:

• Evenings & Weekend availability required
• Holidays OFF but busy times leading up to and following are required
• Looking for someone to start immediately
