Job Description:

Massage On Wheels & Asheville Massage & Bodywork is a well-established massage spa in Asheville, seeking a professional, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Associate who is interested in the health and wellness industry. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Front Desk Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa. This position involves booking appointments, meeting sales goals, supporting staff, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and reception area with professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and accurately book appointments.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer them a complimentary beverage.
• Support staff by coordinating massage therapist schedules.
• Assisting clients with check in, check out, and account questions.
• Maintain complete and accurate data entry of client records.
• Putting Laundry away
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Assigned Shifts:

• Monday: 2:30PM- 9:00PM
• Tuesday: 2:30PM- 9:00PM
• Saturday: 2:30 PM – 9:00PM
• Sunday: 2:30 PM – 9:00PM

Note: Shifts will be set weekly, but flexibility is required for working different shifts and days as needed. Schedules will be communicated two weeks in advance. Emergency last-minute shift coverage needs will be rewarded with a $50 bonus pay.

Requirements:

• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Availability to work a minimum of 26 hours per week.
• An associate’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
